- This is part of our special release with PERFORMANCE - hand dyed, one-off re-workings of archival MAN-TLE products. Performance is a joint outcome for Caitlin Talijancich [former art director of The Elder Statesman] and her husband, artist Benjamin Barretto. Founded in L.A. and now based in Fremantle, Western Australia the couple use the brand as a platform to combine their enthusiasm for photography, clothing and hand-finished products. P5 are a loose fitting, knee-length short. all pockets and bar-tacks are reinforced with internal fabric disks. The waistband uses two buttons that can be slid sideways to create a cinched waist. This washed cloth is a variation on the signature MAN-TLE shirt cloth. It is weighty, yet has a softer, brushed handle.
