- R11O3 is a lightweight, warm and durable hooded layer. It features folded front panels enclosing two front pockets. Every panel of this garment is first bound, then joined to the next. This garment was cut and sewn in Japan using traditional Korean construction techniques. Small white specks may appear on the cloth, where the cotton-fill has pulled through the quilting. This is normal and not to be regarded as a sign of poor quality.
