    Hooded coat with a loose, long fit. Self-lined front and hood, internal chest pocket, enlarged slot buttons threaded onto seatbelt tape, slashed pockets that extend from the armholes. Made in Japan.

    100% nylon. This original MAN–TLE fabric consist of a nylon plain weave that has been boiled and permanently shrunk using chlorides, a technique derived from the traditional method of producing silk crepe for the Obi belt by boiling in sea water. Our partnering mill in Fukui has developed their own method to create this crinkled texture with nylon. Heat treated, compressed and water-resistant, this fabric will become soft in humid conditions and remain stiff in dry conditions. Woven and finished for MAN-TLE in Fukui, Japan.
