Orders over $1000 ship free via DHL Express.
All items are shipped directly from our Shop / Studio at 266 William Street, Perth, WA, 6000, Australia.
Please note some items incur extra shipping charges at checkout due to being fragile or oversize. For further information about shipping such items, please contact us.
All shipments are sent via DHL Express with tracking and a signature is required upon delivery. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been packed and dispatched. Please note that generally we pack and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend, please expect it will leave our premises the following Monday. All delivery estimates are counting business-days only.
International orders may incur customs, duties and disbursement fees upon arrival. These will depend on the particular country of destination. Heavy Weight Clothing Pty Ltd / MAN‑TLE are not responsible for any additional charges incurred when the goods are imported into your country. For further information please email us.
Prices and Payment
You must pay by debit or credit card [we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay] at the time of the order. All orders shipping outside of Australia must be completed in USD. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the order, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any goods provided to you.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee - we are not responsible for this.
Delivery
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you on the order form. You must therefore ensure its accuracy. Please ensure the address you provide is one where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
Due to shipping restrictions, we may not be able to ship to Post Office boxes.
Please note that we can only ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
If you are outside one of these countries please contact us to discuss placing an order at care@man-tle.com.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
Cancellation and Returns
For overseas and interstate customers, items that meet our terms may be returned for a refund. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method once we receive the return item. Depending on your banking provider this may take up to 5 business days. For overseas and interstate customers we do not process direct exchanges, instead we ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order when convenient to you.
For local customers within Western Australia, items that meet our terms may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Our store credit has no expiry and can be redeemed in-store at Shop MAN-TLE or via our eshop. Please notify us of your preference when requesting a return.
All return items must be returned in original condition, therefore they must not have been worn, used, damaged or washed and must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note we do not accept returns on underwear or homewares so please pay careful attention to the measurements on our eshop and contact us before purchasing if you need any further assistance.
A return request must be made by emailing care@man-tle.com, where we will supply you with a Return Approval Code. Once approved, the item may be sent back with tracking details supplied to us. This must be done within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. We do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit therefore we urge you to repack the item with care and choose a trusted postal service with tracking.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and for all approved returns only the value of the returned item will be refunded, therefore this will not include the amount paid for shipping on your initial order.
If a return item does not meet these terms we reserve the right to reject the return and you will be eligible for the costs of shipping the item back to you.
Liability
We are only liable for any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the terms of this agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
You must observe and comply with all applicable laws, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our website. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights you might have as a consumer or our liability to you for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that we cannot legally limit or exclude.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Heavy Weight Clothing Pty Ltd. We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
