    Relaxed straight-hem shirt. Hand dyed by master craftsman Yukihito Kanai of Amami-Ōshima–based, iconic mud works Kanai Kougei. From our collaboration with Shinji Sekizuka of Iwakura AA. Undyed MAN–TLE products, stocked at Iwakura AA, were offered custom dyeing at Kanai Kougei. This shirt was hand dyed for MAN–TLE using local woods which react with the island’s natural, iron-laden mud, known as dorotetsu.

    100% cotton. Woven for MAN-TLE in Shizuoka, Japan. Hand dyed with traditional dorozome methods at Kanai Kougei, Amami-Ōshima, Japan. Please note the colour may evolve with wear and exposure to sunlight, and the original form may have changed as a result of the rigorous dying process.
