Introduced in 1975 and immediately awarded the Japanese Good Design Award, each blade is milled from a single piece of stainless steel resulting in a strong and precise finish. The handle is lined with a rubber ring for comfort and this particular black variation is coated in teflon to devoid sticky tape sticking to it.
