The EU Directive 2023/2673 grants customers in EU member states 14 days to request a return from the day of delivery. Similarly, you can withdraw your order prior to shipping without the need for any justification.

Please note that our standard returns policy still applies, and returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original packaging and tags attached in order to receive a refund. If items do not meet these conditions we reserve the right to reject the return.
