All shipments are sent via DHL Express with tracking, and a signature is required upon delivery. In some instances, deliveries to remote or regional areas not serviced by the DHL Express network may be sent via Australia Post International Express. You will receive tracking details via email in all cases once your order has dispatched. Please note that orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, however delays may occur during the release of new Ranges, and around public holidays. All delivery estimates are in business days.
