    “Big Shirt" has large dropped chest pockets, Corozo buttons, french seams, squared cuffs with single button closure, pointed collar, wide stitched placket, and a pronounced curved hem. This shirt has a relaxed chest, a dropped shoulder and slightly elongated body. Made in Japan.

    Beginning with a vintage striped shirting cloth pulled from a legendary textile designer's archive, based in Ichinomiya, Japan - this base has been reworked to be woven from 100% organic cotton in a yarn dyed mix of beige, off-white and black. The specific mix of tension in the weave and tumble finishing processes result in a light, crinkled appearance with a soft and unstructured hand. Woven in Japan.
